'Change' encryption key has already been executed 3 times in the last 15 minutes. Please wait a couple of minutes and then try again.

Tried to continuously change 'Data Encryption Key' and CRM caught me the 4th time :)

When you try to frequently change encryption key, CRM prevents user from doing it by proving the below error message.

'Change' encryption key has already been executed 3 times in the last 15 minutes. Please wait a couple of minutes and then try again.

This also happens from CRM UI too.
